Came here for 2 days, the hotel was great, it had good location so close to Zell am See, the restaurant and Austria. Our room was convenient and exceptionally comfortable with terrase, enjoyed having access to wake-up service.

The location was marvellous, in an area like that! Room was new-fashioned with a work desk, a flat screen TV, and a sitting area.

Absolutely brilliant and clean place with helpful staff. the spacious units come with a terrace and balcony, offering amazing views. the location is marvellous, nestled in a cozy area right by the restaurant and close to Kaprun. Customer service is very good, making for a nice overall experience. Everything was perfect!

I was impressed by the rich and delicious breakfast at Hotel Wirtshaus Tauernhex. The homemade butter and cheese were a special treat. The restaurant also served great food for dinner. The wellness area, especially the sauna, provided a relaxing experience after a day on the slopes. The family room was spacious and had a cozy sitting area for conversations with friends. The hotel's interior was lovely, making it perfect for capturing memorable family photos. Another highlight was the separate room for storing and drying ski gear. And let's not forget about the longest sledge run in the world, just a short distance from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and convenient location near the Kitzsteinhorn ski resort.

The main road outside the hotel was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the rooms were also quite small, which made it hard to move around.

Some rooms might be affected by noise from the nearby main road, so make sure the room location suits your preferences.

The location was also advantageous since the hotel was close to the world's longest sledge run and the Kitzsteinhorn ski resort, about 10 minutes away by car.

The proximity of the road resulted in some noise that could be quite disturbing at night, so it might be advisable to ask for a room not facing the road. the smaller room could do with wider beds, which could be a little more comfortable.
